I haven't been working on anything except the borders to the basket quilt so I'm going to show some pictures of a couple of quilts that I'm going to make from patterns by Darcy Ashton, an Oklahoma pattern designer and quilt maker. Very nice lady and the eyes on her animals are the best.
This picture is of a baby quilt that I think is just so cute. I have everything to make the quilt, but it's one I'm going to make for someday when I have grand kids (not for a long time, I hope).
Here's one version of the bunny quilt that Darcy has done.
Look at the little details on the bunnies. I've seen this done in large florals (no picture though) and it's just as cute. My friend Sharon really likes the batik backgrounds on this quilt. I love the small blocks in the bunnies and will probably do it in Civil War Repros. Here's a close up of the detail.
I'm going to go and try to dry my hair now. We'll see how that goes...remember I told you that it's damp here!

The Dresden plate flower pattern is so cute!
And I am sorry you are having more rain. We need it so much here.
They're very cute, the flowers on the rabbits are a very sweet touch. The rain is wonderful for sewing time, make the most of it.
I'm kind of fascinating about the dresden plate lately. this baby quilt is very charming. :-)
and your Jo Morton's quilt is absolutely stunning! Love it!
Oh it's cold and rainy here too Ranette, just had to go pull on a sweater. Just feels so damp.
I was 'visiting' on Cyn's blog and my eye caught the thumbnail of the dresden plate picture. So I just had to come and have a look. It is wonderful but then I saw the bunny quilt... OH MY!! how adorable is that!!... one day..
:-D hugs Elly
